30 minutes HIIT Workout & 30 minutes HIIT Pilates

For those of you who are looking for that extra workout why not come along to our Hour of Power where we will be combining a 30 minute HIIT workout together with 30 minutes of HIIT Pilates for an all over body workout. We will encourage you to work at your own level so don’t worry if you have not done HIIT or Pilates before.

Course Notes: Please bring a mat, water and a towel.
